Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: April 2, 2026
1. Permitted Use
PrismUp is designed to help businesses create high-quality product imagery and marketing materials. You may use the platform for the following purposes:
- Generating, editing, and enhancing product photography for your own products
- Creating marketing materials, lifestyle imagery, and promotional visuals for legitimate business use
- Producing e-commerce listing images, catalog content, and social media assets
- Any other lawful commercial purpose directly related to your business operations
You must have the necessary rights to any source images, product photos, and brand assets you upload to the platform. Use of the platform is subject to the terms of your subscription agreement with PrismUp.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not use PrismUp to create, upload, store, or distribute any of the following:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)— Any content that sexually exploits or depicts minors is strictly prohibited. PrismUp maintains a zero-tolerance policyand will immediately report any such content to the relevant law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- Deepfakes of real people— Generating realistic images of identifiable real individuals without their explicit consent, including but not limited to manipulated images intended to deceive, defame, or harass.
- Intellectual property infringement— Content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized reproduction of branded products you do not own or represent.
- Hate speech and discriminatory content— Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Weapons, drugs, and regulated goods— Imagery promoting the sale or manufacture of illegal weapons, controlled substances, or other goods whose sale is prohibited or heavily regulated under applicable law.
- Malware and malicious content— Any content designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data.
3. AI Generation Rules
When using PrismUp's AI-powered generation features, you agree to the following:
- No circumventing safety filters— You must not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any content moderation or safety filters built into the platform or its underlying AI models, including through prompt injection, adversarial inputs, or any other technique.
- No misleading product images— You must not use AI generation to create product images that materially misrepresent the product being sold, including generating images that depict features, dimensions, materials, or qualities that the actual product does not possess.
- AI disclosure obligations— Where required by applicable law or regulation, you must disclose that images were generated or modified using artificial intelligence. You are responsible for complying with all AI disclosure requirements in the jurisdictions where you operate and sell products.
4. System Abuse
You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the operation of the PrismUp platform:
- Automated scraping— Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data, images, or other content from the platform without prior written authorization.
- Circumventing rate limits— Attempting to bypass or circumvent API rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical restrictions through any means, including creating multiple accounts, rotating credentials, or exploiting timing vulnerabilities.
- Unauthorized access— Attempting to access accounts, systems, data, or resources that you are not authorized to access, including probing for vulnerabilities, brute-forcing credentials, or exploiting security flaws.
- Reverse engineering— Decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering any part of the platform, its models, or its infrastructure, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
5. Enforcement
PrismUp reserves the right to take the following actions in response to violations of this Acceptable Use Policy:
- Warning— For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a written warning and request that you remedy the violation within a specified timeframe.
- Suspension— For repeated or more serious violations, we may temporarily suspend your access to the platform, with or without prior notice.
- Immediate termination— For severe violations, including but not limited to CSAM, deepfakes, or illegal content, we will immediately and permanently terminate your account without prior warning or refund.
- Law enforcement referral— For content or activity that we believe to be illegal, we will refer the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation. We may preserve and disclose account data as required by law.
Our decision to take enforcement action is at our sole discretion. The absence of enforcement in any particular instance does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce this policy in the future.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any content or activity on PrismUp that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

When submitting a report, please include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, any relevant account identifiers, and supporting evidence. Reports may be submitted anonymously.
